Restart your computer when you finish uninstalling all the iTunes software.Ĭlick "Start" and select "Computer" after the computer has restarted. Navigate to "C:\Program Files" and delete the "Bonjour," "iTunes," "iPod," and "QuickTime" folders. Open the "Common Files" folder within "Program Files" and delete the "Apple" folder. Launch a Web browser and navigate to the Old Apps website at Ĭlick "iTunes" in the "Audio Utilities" section and download the previous version of iTunes that you want to install on your computer. Open your "Downloads" folder and double-click the iTunes installation file to install the previous version of iTunes on your computer.
Launch iTunes when finished with installation.
